The administrator of the personal data is attorney Andrzej Jakubiec (90 – 318 Lodz 72 Sienkiewicza St.), which processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, including the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“RODO”) and the Act of May 10, 2018 on personal data protection.

Attorney Andrzej Jakubiec may transfer personal data to entities with whose assistance it fulfills the above purposes, including those maintaining the IT infrastructure and to competent authorities or third parties who make a request for such information, based on the relevant legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
Provision of personal data is voluntary, but in contractual relations it is a requirement for the conclusion and execution of the contract.

1. Attorney Andrzej Jakubiec does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
2. Attorney Andrzej Jakubiec retains personal data for a period justified by the execution of a legal order or by law.
3. Attorney Andrzej Jakubiec does not perform automated decision-making, including profiling, based on the personal data provided.
4. If any changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the Administrator will inform by publishing the changes on the website.
